Dandys at 200%

Listening to the Dandy Warhols’ album Come Down (still a great album, by the way—totally holds up), I was struck by the song Orange. I’d never realized how bluesy it is, and how absolutely it sticks to a pop song structure despite its 3 am tempo.

What, then, would it sound like at double the normal speed? It still sounds like a Dandy Warhols song! Even Courtney’s vocal sounds remarkably good. Check it out.
